2023 Red Mass and Reception

Come be inspired by the Holy Spirit at the annual Red Mass, then join us for the reception dinner honoring a modern-day Thomas More: Paul Clement. This talented Supreme Court attorney and former Solicitor General has bravely adhered to his conscience despite it costing him lucrative jobs at large law firms--twice.

This is a can't miss night for all interested in conscience protection and seeking heavenly and earthy wisdom and inspiration. 

The Red Mass is at 5:00 p.m., celebrated by Bishop Burns and Auxiliary Bishop Kelly, at the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe. The reception follows at 6:30 p.m. at the JW Marriott nearby.

The Red Mass is an annual ceremony hundreds of years old that seeks the guidance of the Holy Spirit for the coming year.  We invite all members of the judiciary, law faculty, lawyers, and everyone interested in the rule of law to attend the Red Mass. 

The Red Mass itself is free and does not require registration.
