An Overview of Immigration Law and Current Immigration Litigation

Mr. Dan Gividen is an immigration lawyer who practices in Dallas, Texas. He is the former Deputy Chief Counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Dallas. Before working for ICE, Dan was a federal judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jorge Solis in the Northern District of Dallas.  

Dan will provide a brief overview of immigration law and also address current immigration litigation against the Trump Administration and the Department of Homeland Security regarding its immigration procedures and policies.
